José focuses his practice on representing home and business owners in property damage and personal injury protection lawsuits. He started his career at a national firm, where he represented homeowners and construction companies in disputes arising out of construction defects in the properties. José also represented public entities in civil rights and employment-related lawsuits. José graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and enjoys reading and participating in community-oriented events. He was born in Cuba and has developed strong ties to the South Florida community. José is fully fluent in English and Spanish.
